I am just about ready for my Brisbane exhibition opening at Graydon Gallery on 10th November. Just the finishing touches to the last few paintings
I was a bit reluctant to hold another show just now, as my last was only in May. That exhibition had been re-scheduled from last November because Des and I had to return to Italy. However, I do have some new paintings completed, and for a couple of years I have been considering making some limited edition prints of my work. These are now ready, so this November date seems like a good time to launch them.
I have produced very high quality Giclee reproductions of 4 of my favourite subjects, 2 from Italy, and 2 from Australia. They are quite large, printed on canvas, the same size as the originals. I am limiting the edition to only 20 of each. The quality is superb, and it is quite difficult to tell the prints from the originals. I have chosen canvas, because, with its protective coating, canvas prints do not need to be framed under glass, which would make them much larger, and very heavy and cumbersome. If desired, they can be easily hung solely as the stretched canvas on a stretcher frame, without further framing.
All the details are here on the site.

As you can see, we also have our new web site up and running, thanks to the great work from Jason at incrediweb.biz. I can highly recommend him.
Life has been very busy lately, and we are changing the way we do several things. We are completely renewing our mailing list. We are phasing out our printed invitations, so we plan to send future invitations electronically. To that end we are asking everyone, even those on our existing mailing list, to please go to our MAILING LIST page on this site to register your details, and your preferences.
We are loving living in Maleny, in a lovely old property house. My studio is in the old stables, which has been converted into a 2 bedroom cottage. We are in the process now of converting it again into a small private gallery. This should be ready in about mid January. It will be open by appointment only, but everyone is welcome. All we ask is, if you are planning a trip to Maleny, please telephone us first to make sure we are here, to avoid disappointment.
For those who may not have received an invitation to my exhibition, here is one. Everyone is welcome. I hope to meet you at the exhibition.
